About this Project
Owner is adding 1200 sqft to an existing 1800 sqft workshop, taking it to 3000 square feet. The current slab is 30’x30′ but we will be adding a additional 10’x30. This addition will be 6′ higher than the existin structure and will be built with “EF BLOCK”.

Plan is to add 300 sqft to the current 900 sqft slab. New addition will total 1200 bring workshop to 3000 sqft.

Need to remove asphalt and level to allow for concrete forms.
